Air-Fryer Zucchini Chips

Want a healthy snack that has crunch and salty factors? Then air-fryer zucchini chips are the perfect quick solution to your snack dilemma! (You don't need an air-fryer to make these either if you don't have one). Pop these in the oven for a few minutes and you're all set for snacking, enjoy!

Air-Fryer Zucchini Chips Recipe:

Yield: ~2 Cups

Cook Time: 20 Min

Ingredients:

- 1 Zucchini, Cut into ¼ inch Slices

- 1 Large Egg or Egg Replacer

- ¼ Cup Flour

- ¼ Cup Breadcrumbs or Panko Crumbs

- 1 ½ Tbsp Everything Bagel Seasoning

- 1 tsp Sea Salt

- ½ tsp Black Pepper

Directions:

1. First, preheat air-fryer to 350 degrees or an oven to 325 degrees.

2. In a bowl, combine flour, breadcrumbs, everything bagel seasoning, salt, and black pepper.

3. In another bowl, whisk egg or replacer together. Then dip each zucchini slice into the egg.

4. Dip each slice into the seasoning mixture and immediately place on a lightly greased baking sheet or air-fryer sheet.

5. Cook slices in an air-fryer for 9 minutes, then flip over using tongs, and cook an additional 2-3 minutes until golden brown or crispy.

Tips/Tricks:

- If you cook in the air-fryer, the slices won’t brown very well.

- You can add any flavor profile you’d like as well. For example, ranch, spicy, or even cheesy.
