Minty Blueberry, Ginger, Cucumber Water

I don't know about you, but sometimes I really don't feel like drinking water! One of my solutions is to add some fresh fruit or natural flavorings to my aqua to make things more interesting. This isn't really a 'recipe', it's more of an outline for making your own flavored water with your favorite fruits or flavors, I hope you enjoy! :)

Minty Blueberry, Ginger, Cucumber Water Recipe:

Yield: ~1 Gallon

Cook Time: 10 Min

Ingredients:

- 1 Pint Fresh Blueberries, Whole

- ½ English Cucumber, Sliced

- 1/8 Cup Mint Leaves, Whole

- 1 in, Ginger Knob, Sliced

- 3 Quarts Water, Chilled

- 2 Cups Ice

Directions:

1. Add water to a large pitcher.

2. Wash blueberries, ginger, mint leaves, and cucumbers. Slice cucumbers about ¼ in thick.

3. Add blueberries, mint leaves and cucumbers to water and set aside.

4. Next, slice ginger and add to the water as well.

5. Infuse for a few hours or even overnight, if possible.

6. Before serving, add 2 cups ice to flavored water, enjoy!

Tips/Tricks:

- Water will stay flavorful for up to 3-4 days. After 3-4 days the mint will start to look a little weird and the flavor may start tasting off.

- Add any of your favorite fruits to this recipe to create your own, special flavored water!
